Grateful

This Thanksgiving day, I'm not sure where to start to express my gratitude. There are so many who have enriched my life this year.

There are people I didn't even know existed at this time last year, one in particular who I have known only a little over a year, people who have made a difference in a short time. You know who you are.

There are those of you whom I have never met. Some I will never meet. One I met once, and will likely never see again. You also know who you are. It's amazing how important people in different states and different countries can become.

Family, as always, has been important this year, the family I live with and those I grew up with. I also continue to be grateful for long-term friends, those who have stuck by me for decades.

I hope all of you know how important you have been. If you don't, I need to find a better way to express myself.

The best part of my life is the people in it. Thank you, my friends, for making such a difference to me.

Yes, I'm Catholic said...

Armageddon, I'm guessing this is something you post on every site you can find, because if you've actually read this blog you wouldn't ask if I'm atheist.

Though I have to add, you are being very simplistic in your comments about atheist pride.

Nor would you say, "If you are Catholic..." because you would know (from a quick look at my sidebar) that I am Catholic.

If you would actually learn about the Catholic church instead of just believing all of the stuff you've probably heard about it, you wouldn't ask Catholics to compare Catholic doctrine to the Bible. Who do you think was inspired by the Holy Spirit to give you the Bible? Yes, it was the Catholic church.

If you would take the time to research, to really research, the Church, you'd come home.

I have changed my blog so I can moderate comments. I prefer to only accept comments from people who have actually read my blog.
